The problem is present in any online game. You could make it private to only some well-behaved kids in the local neighborhood and perhaps some interested parents. Get together with a group of friends and build your own server (it's educational, and not really that hard!) or go buy yourself a Realm (or just run on the LAN if that's all your kids care about). I doubt this can be fixed without completely ruining the experience, and I'll also add that perhaps the problem is not the _game,_ but the community on those server(s).Technology can't, and shouldn't, solve all problems. I could see someone putting blocks tens of hundreds of meters apart, but set up so it spells a bad word facing spawn. You'd need something quite computationally intense to search not just blocks in a plane, but on any diagonal or even far into the distance. Aside from the fact that any censoring technology is probably going to _teach_ your children fun new words by bleeping out such innocent phrases as "basement," the game is in 3D.
